Contract information

CONSULTATION
My main objective is providing you with stationary/paper goods that tell the story of your special day and showcases your style and personality. To do this effectively I like to talk with you to discuss your ideas, needs, visions, and dreams for your special event. We can go over color combinations, papers choices, size considerations and take a look at samples to get you started or if you have a good idea of what you are looking for we can discuss your ideas and any questions you may have. My goal is to find out what you are want, provide you with information on what I can offer you, and together formulate a plan for your wedding stationary needs.

DESIGN
Based on the initial consultation you will receive an initial mock-up via mail or email. We will review this sample and talk about revisions and adjustments. I'll also give you a preliminary estimate for your order. Once you decide you would like to proceed I will send you a final quote and contract. We will continue to work together to make sure you receive exactly what you want.

INITIAL PAYMENT & CONTRACT
When I receive the signed contract and 50% deposit I will begin the final designs for your approval. I accept cashier’s check, money order, and credit cards (via paypal).

FINAL APPROVAL
A final proof of all components in your package will be provided to you prior to production. I ask that you carefully look over this proof for spelling adjustments or errors and any final changes you may want to make to the invitation set wording. Once I receive final approval back from you no further changes can be made.

PRODUCTION
Once final approval has been received you will be billed for the balance of the project. Upon final payment I will order all supplies and begin to handcraft, print, assemble, and add any embellishments per your approved design specifications.

DELIVERY
Your stationary will be delivered directly to you unless other arrangements have been made.
